Our creative team discusses this daily—and we wish we could give you a simple answer. But the reality is, every event is unique. You build your event, you own it, and the entertainment should enhance and facilitate the experience.

That said, after years of experience, we’ve identified key patterns that work across different types of events. While every run of the show is unique, these guidelines can help you place entertainment for maximum impact.

Dinners: A flow that delivers

Whether it’s a private dinner, public gathering or corporate gala, the flow often follows a similar rhythm:

1. An enchanting welcome

Start with a captivating entrance. Think musicians, a welcoming character act or one of our signature acrobats. Picture our SwayBall act or an elevated violinist in a flowing, meters-long dress. The goal? Set the tone immediately.

2. Background magic

Once guests are settled for the first dishes or during the reception, our musicians step in to provide background music. Mellow, atmospheric and subtly extraordinary. We also love to walk through the audience occasionally, making the magic feel tangible and immersive.

3. Signature Shows Between Courses

We typically recommend 2 to 3 intermezzi (short performances) between the main courses, depending on the number of courses and the length of the evening. These moments build the spectacle toward the grand finale.

4. The Grand Finale

For weddings, we sometimes add an on-demand opening dance cover or a final performance that leaves everyone in awe.

The run that sparks

Even events like business fairs or product launches can follow a similar structure:

• Impressive entrance: Kick off with something bold and attention-grabbing.
• Networking ambiance: Musicians or walking acts keep the energy alive during networking.
• The climax: End with a special act, either right after the most important speech of the day or as the closing highlight, to ensure no one forgets the moment.
