Compose the Magic is our made-to-measure track, the room in our Fairy in Boots studio where dreams sit down for a cup of tea before we turn them into an evening. We design and produce something that exists only for you: a moment that lands, a storyline running through your whole evening, or an entire event world, composed around your story, your venue and the people in the room. Three levels, each one more to measure, always original. Our fairies read between the lines, and then they start sketching.

Every concept starts from a sound and ends on a stage we designed for your room. Made to measure, always. From a blank page, sometimes. Out of the box and Create the box start from building blocks we have refined over years: our own characters, our own musical world, staging we know holds a room. Costumes, repertoire, timings and styling are then shaped entirely around your theme, so you get originality and certainty in the same evening.
Build the box is the exception, and starts from nothing at all. A little terrifying, a lot of fun.

Intake. Free, 30 minutes.
Your event, your audience, your venue, your budget range. And the question we always ask: what do you want people to feel at the exact moment it happens? Tell us the feeling you're looking for or the act you've been dreaming of. Nothing is impossible.
Concept. Within 3 to 5 working days.
A written concept, an exploring moodboard, a proposed cast and a price. Always presented in person or by video call, so you can ask everything on the spot. Sometimes we have it right away; either way we keep adjusting until it is exactly what you had in mind.
Green light.
You approve. We lock the date, sign, and somewhere in the studio a fairytale stretches its wings.
Build and rehearse.
Composition, arrangement, costume, choreography, rigging, technical planning. We keep in touch just enough so that everyone feels safe in the process.
Show day.
We arrive early, we rehearse on site, we run our own artistic direction. Your job during the event is to enjoy it. That is the point.

Entertainment is more than a cost on the bottom line. Seen rightly, it is your visual marketer and your lead generator: the moment your guests film, post and talk about. We compose that moment, and it keeps working long after the last note.

How much does a custom concept cost?
Out of the box concepts run between €800 and €8,000 as they are, style choices included. Create the box starts at €3,000 and Build the box at €10,000, and scales from there with cast size, original composition, costume build and travel. All prices exclude VAT and travel costs. You get a full price together with the concept and the quotation is what ends up on the final invoice. Tell us your budget range at intake and we design something that fits it.
How long does it take?
Out of the box can go last minute, subject to availability. Create the box takes from one month, Build the box from four to six months. If your date is closer than that, ask anyway. It is often possible, and we are always honest with you about it.
Do we pay for the concept if we decide otherwise?
The intake and the first concept presentation are free. If you want us to develop a concept further before committing, we agree a concept fee upfront, deducted in full if you proceed.
Who owns the act afterwards?
The creative and intellectual property rights stay with Fairy in Boots. We always create to measure, and we may reuse parts of a concept elsewhere when they fit that event just as well. Would you like the costumes, the concept, the music or any combination to be yours? Tell us, and we quote the rights for you. You hold full non-commercial rights to the recordings; commercial use, a TV spot or a paid campaign, needs written agreement in advance, which we are usually happy to give.
Can you work with our existing agency or production partner?
Yes, and often we do. We slot in as the creative and performing partner alongside your event agency, AV supplier and venue. We are used to riders, run-of-shows and production meetings, and we come in peace. Still need a partner for the audio-visual part of the event? We are a proud partner of Revolution Event Support. Do you travel?
Yes. We are based in Belgium and perform across Europe. Travel, transport and accommodation are quoted transparently per project. Further away? Get in touch and we look at it together.
