Fine tuning your vision

Depending on how we first connect, we might need a brief follow-up to refine the details. Once we’ve got a clear picture, we’ll come back to you with a proposal, preferably in person so we can ensure we’re speaking the same language.

For custom projects, we’ll also share an initial moodboard and costume ideas. Think of it as a first glimpse of the magic to come. Of course, this is just a sketch. Once the contract is signed, we’ll fine tune everything to match your vision perfectly.

From concept to reality

The type of act you choose (out-of-the-box, custom Magic event, or full Fairytale) determines how we proceed. Here’s what you can expect:

• Concept meetings: We’ll discuss the artists, the flow of the event, the theme and costumes and the sound and lighting requirements.
• Venue visits: Sometimes, we’ll need to visit the space to ensure everything fits seamlessly.
• Tweaking until it’s perfect: We’ll refine every detail until the magic truly comes to life.
