How far in advance should you book an act for your event?

Last-minute magic? Consider it done

Do you need an act tomorrow? Call us. Whether it is a five-minute drive or a flight across the continent, we will be there. Last-minute bookings mean trusting us to deliver the very best we can conjure, with an extra spark of magic, and if spontaneity is your style, we love making it work.

For peace of mind: book early

Do you have something specific in mind, a special event on the horizon, or a favourite act you absolutely want on your stage? Then we recommend booking at least two months in advance, preferably more. This gives us the time to fine-tune every detail and ensure music, visuals and staging align perfectly with your vision.

For custom creations: plan ahead

Are you dreaming of a fully customized experience? Think tailored casting, rehearsals, multiple costumes, choreography and other delicate elements. For these kinds of events, we advise reaching out at least four months in advance. That way, we can dedicate the time and creativity needed to bring your one-of-a-kind fairytale to life.
